The service
Vid2Song creates a personalized, AI-generated children's song from a short video you upload. You receive the song (and, on the Deluxe tier, extra versions and printable PDFs) by email and on your order page.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of the child in the video and that you have the right to upload it. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, abusive, sexual, or that infringes others' rights. We screen uploads and may reject and refund any order that doesn't meet these guidelines.
Your song & usage
The song is generated for your personal, family use. AI-generated output may not be eligible for copyright protection, and we make no guarantee of exclusivity. Please don't resell the songs.
If something goes wrong
If we can't produce your song, we keep retrying and email you. If it still fails, we provide the lyrics as a keepsake and you can request a full refund. If you're not happy with your song, you're entitled to one free redo, and you may request a refund. Requests can be made from your order page or by emailing support@vid2song.com.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Prices are shown at checkout.
The Vid2Song iPhone app
These terms apply to the Vid2Song app for iPhone in addition to the terms above. Where they differ, this section governs the app. The Lemon Squeezy terms above apply to the web product only.
Billing and refunds in the app
In the app you buy song credits through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple handles billing, receipts and refunds under its own terms; refund requests for app purchases go to Apple. Song credits never expire. One credit unlocks one finished song.
Who may use the app
You must be 18 or older to buy or use the app. You confirm you have the right to the clip you upload and the consent of every person in it (or of their parent or guardian for a child), and that you are the owner or a caregiver of any pet in it.
Your clip and your song
You keep all rights to your clip. You give us a licence to process it, and the text you provide, solely to create your song, its preview and the shareable video, and to store the results in your library until you delete them. Songs are for personal, family use; please do not resell them.
Free preview
Each account may create one song preview without a credit. If we cannot make a song, nothing is charged and the free preview is returned.
