What we collect
To create your song we process: the short video you upload, your email address, and the details you provide (child's first name, age, optional birthday, language, style, and any notes). Payment is handled by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy); we never see your full card details.
How we use your video
Your video is used only to generate your song — frames are analyzed to write personalized lyrics. We do not use your video or any uploaded content to train AI models, and we do not sell or share it. Generation uses trusted third-party AI providers solely to fulfill your order.
Children's data
Vid2Song is purchased by adults. By placing an order you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of the child in the video and consent to processing it to create the song. We collect only what's needed to make the song.
Retention
Uploaded videos are automatically deleted within 30 days. Your finished song and order record are kept so you can re-download them. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see below).

To access, correct, or delete your data, email privacy@vid2song.com and we'll action it promptly.
